Father first name help

I am sponsoring my parents for B2-Visitors visa and I have a problem with my Father's name.

Father's Name in my Passport:
Sekhar Reddy Marupuru (FirstName=Sekhar Reddy, LastName=Marupuru)

But
Father's Name in his Passport:
Tarunendu Sekhar Reddy, Marupuru (FirstName=Tarunendu Sekhar Reddy , LastName=Marupuru).

Since, the First name of my father in my passport is not the same as mentioned in his passport, I am not sure what to do.

please advice,Is an affidavit for my father would work?
