Please help!!!!!!!

Hi,
I am on H4 visa and my husband is on H1-B visa. Next month we are planning to apply for my parents visa, but confused whether should we give a sponsorship or ask my dad to sponsor on his own (father is a businessman and owning his business since last 25 years and also having an unmarried younger daughter). Which way are the brighter chances to get visa??? Please suggest!!!
Note: Last year my husband had sponsored for my in-laws and they got visa for 10 years.They already visited us and went back. Could this effect by any chance?

If your parents can sponsor themselves, then have them do so.
