Financial support letter for Relatives

My mom is sponsoring her sister. She does not work, So I am providing financial support. How should i fill out form I-134 to reflect both my mom and myself ?? Should I fill out two I-134 forms and attach them together ??

Please advice !!

if your mom has no means to sponsor, then she can't sponsor... you should do it.
