Emergency visitor visa for sister

Hi,
I am a Permanent resident here in US and I am planning to bring my sister on emergency visitor visa to USA from Nepal. This is advised by doctor as my wife is having an medical emergency and is admitted in the hospital. Can any one please tell me the paperwork involved for it.

There is no "emergency visa" when the alien who seeks the visa is not the one who has a medical emergency.

In this case, she is just applying for a regular visitor visa.
