Visa for my parents

Hi ,

I am graduating this spring i.e. in May 2008. I want my parents to attend the function. So I want to send them the papers and get them the visa. Theres a problem that my sis-in-law is expected to deliver in the same month. So is it possible that if they get visitor visa on my graduation papers but not come now , but come to visit me some later may be in Decemeber.

Yes, you can invite them and if they get a visa they can use it whenever they want. But, why even mention the graduation if they are not going to come?

Well, the logic is s/he has now a reason to visit to put in the form which is ofcourse not the intent, and thus is unethical too.
