US B1 rejection

Hi,
My Visa has been rejected once at Delhi 9 months back. Someone told me that the lady who is generally rejecting the visas.Bad my visa rejected.
Now company in a fear that if I rejected again I may not able to apply within 2 years again. what to do now and how to convince? the reason of rejection is cousalor not convinced. she has taken 10 min interview asked many questions generally they asked to Software Engg.
Please help me to rectify the issue.

There is no limit on how many times you can apply for a visa. And how far "Apart" your applications should be either.

The only thing is that you need to make sure that you have NEW evidence showing that whatever caused your visa to be cancelled has changed.

I will be back to india it might me. I am guessing.But I was having proper client doc

I think all the required document. she asked many questions.why and where are going ,how many days you will be there,where is your schooling, which state you belongs, where did you passed from,where you worked before.on which language you are working, client what does, project details, and some more question.at the starting she feels that I am owner of the company then I convinced her that I am an employee and then proceeded further.
