Hi there,
I am an Indian citizen, spouse of UK work permit holder. I am living in the UK for past 3 years and the work permit valid till 2011. I would like to visit US. My sister is US citizen and can sponsor me to visit US. Am I eligible to apply US visit visa from UK or should I go to India and apply from there?
Few of my friends told that I need to apply from my home country to get the visa. If that is the case what all the documents I need to show? I don't have any property on my name and I don't have good sum in my account.
Can any one help me?
