Interview Appointment question for parents and brother

My parents and brother (27) want to apply for a US tourist visa. My brother can handle the interview in English but parents know very little English. Can they all get the English interview appointment together and have my brother answer questions on behalf of my parents? Or do my parents need to get a regional language appointment?
