DS 157 for B2 visa..Subramanya please respond

I was filling forms online for my parent;s B2 visa.
But it showed only one DS 157 and it was for my mom.
My dad is over 55 years.I noticed on this website it says that applications in the age group 15-55 has to file a DS 157,so is this why it didnt show up for my dad? I guess so.
