Parent's visa rejected.. help reqd to re-apply

Hi,
My parents visa got rejected yesterday. After asking few questions, he asked my mother to scan finger prints but after that he observed my father looking tired and immediatly rejected both of their visas saying you will not come back. The reason is not mentioned any where.
Since i am expecting i want my mother to be here asap.

Now, can i re-apply only for my mother? or is it better to apply for both again?

Can we use the same set of sposor documnets?

Please advise.
