Visitor to US requirements

To whom it may concern:

I have a young friend that I wish to come and visit for her school break in China. She is a Nepal National.

I have looked online and I believe that she only needs to fill out the request for a visa.

She sent me this link to fill out an invitation for her. http://www.immihelp.com/visitor-visa/
Is this required? On the Visa request form it states that she will be staying at my address and has both my home and cell phones.

We would like to have all forms necessary quickly as her visit is to be during her school break at the college in China.

Please advise of anything I need to do as the person she will be visiting.

It is not mandatory to send any documents from your side. There are not requirements or suggested documents from the US embassy's side.

It is up to the applicant and sponsor (if any) to provide the documents.
