Question Regarding I-134
Hi,
I have a question regarding I-134. In this month, my husband's I-140 went for reappeal in the green card process and his visa got expired. So he converted to H4 visa. Now while filling the I-134, do I need to mention his name in the dependents list?
Please note that all my w3 forms untill now are not having his name as dependent.
I need to fill this by today. Quick response is apprciated!
