How to get an I-94W form in Canada?

I'm planning to enter the US via Canada, but I don't know where to get an I-94W form. I know that when you fly to the US, the airline gives you the form, but if you take a bus, does the bus company have the forms?

They should have one for you at the BCP office, before you cross the border, or contact your "bus" company and ask them.
