Want Mumbai appointment but getting New Delhi

Hello,

I am trying to get an appointment for my parents in English at Mumbai. I believe I am filling all the information correctly with Mumbai residence address. But the calendar shows me New Delhi available dates.
I am really confused - am I missing here something? How do I get Mumbai dates? Please help.
