My mother is going for visitor's visa in feb, I have question about #9 and #10 in I-134 form. In 2005, I submitted I-134 for my mother, but at that her visa got rejected. should I mention about it in previously submitted affidavits(#9), visa petition(#10) though her visa got rejected.
