Tamil only speaking in English appointment

Hi ,

I heard a surprising stuff from a friend. Please can you validate and share your views on the same.

My Friends's mom and papa are not so comfortable in speaking english. But they went for english appointment and they luckily got some help and they cleared the appointment.

Same is the case with my in-laws and they cant speak english. Can I also take that route? (as it is always hard to get regional language appointments)

Please throw some light on it.

nobody can guarantee that there will be someone there to help your parents and they will fail their interview because they can't answer the question I'm English. That is why they need to take the appointment for their language.
