Hi
My girlfriend was rejected her B2 visa last November (fresh graduate) and since then had found an employer here that will be sponsoring a H1-B for her this April. I was wondering if her previous record of rejection will affect her?
She is a Singaporean and qualifies for FTA H1-B1 Visa which differs from tradition al H1-B visa by requiring to prove non-immigrant intent. But the employer is willing to apply either professional Visa for her so which is better or both will fine since working visa and tourist visa are of very different category.
Please advice, thank you very much
