Hey I have few questions regarding filling and applying B2 visa for my mom, I would really appreciate it if i get a quick response.
Q1. My husband is sponsoring her (he is on H1) but she has 2 of her sisters in US (both r US citizens and DR...she too is a doctor)...my question is it fine if she mentions that she is coming here mainly to visit US and not them (which is true)....I dont want he to hide any info to be caught later and banned :-(
Q2. In her Passport her name is Dr Thimmaiah Revathi but in all other docs its Dr T Revathi Ramesh ( 10 yrs back she had visited UK with the same passport) for a solution to this an affidavit is enough or any other changes needs to be done?
Q3. we have already sent to her the I134 but during that time we dint have the date when my hubby sent I134 to his mom (she has got 5 yrs visa)...can my mom fill this up?
