Sir,
i am 45 years old & i live in Mumbai India. I have been in the gulf (Oman
& Dubai)for approx 10 yrs on various employment. i came back to India in
2002 for good, I have been filing IT returns since last year. I & my
friend intend to travel to us for tourism. His first cousin stays in Los
Angles with his wife & is on H1B visa. i stay with my mother(widow) in whose name the Flat (property) is & i am the sole nominee. My wife is a proffessor in Mumbai & i have a 4 year school going son. we live with my mother. I am earning Rs.10,000 a month & have a saving of about 2.5 million rupees with my Non banking finance company in which i am a diector as well. Will i get a visa if i take an invitation letter from my friends cousin? i can sponsor my expenses. i can also get an letter from my friends cousin for sponsoring my travelling withinin USA ,boarding & lodging with him.
