Hello there!
I have F1 status 3 years visa and entered in USA in 1998 , bit under some circumstances I came over after 8 months, then again I applied as a visitor. They refused to give B1/B2 visa and my valid 3 years F1 visa was "canceled with out Prejudice" in 1999. Now I am applying B1/B2 visitor visa, to attend a Christian conference, Is there any bad effect of the previous canceled visa now. Please clarify me with this query. I will appreciate your quick response.
