Clarification

Hi,

I want to invite.sponsor my mother.in.law (B2 visitor visa), to US so that she can take care of my son for a period of 3 months, who would be coming along with my wife( who will be on L1 visa). My son would be coming as a dependent of my wife. All three of them would be travelling together I am in the process of changing my employer in the next 3 weeks. I am on H1 B visa in USA. So is there any stipulated period for sponsoring to be employed in the new company, since i would be a new employee, before i sponsor my mother.in.law

There is no waiting period like that. You can sponsor whenever you want.
