Bank details

Hi,
As mention in document List , Sponser should provided "letter from bank" which should include some information .but when i contact my bank they told me that they can give general information but cant give average balance of year and some other deatils. Is it ok or this details is mandatory.

2) I have been in US from 1 years this is first time i will we filling my Income tax. So is it ok if my parent submit on w2 form .

1. If they bank doesn't give something like that, take whatever they give.
What we mention here is what is recommended. Nothing is made mandatory by the consulate.

2. Yes, you can do that.
