applying for a B1/B2 visa

I am applying for a B1/B2 visa for the purpose of writing an exam in
US(Duration of visit -1 wks? )

1. please tell me what should I write in the column- "who is paying for ur
trip" , if my spouse in India is paying for me - should it be self or
spouse.
Do i need to fill up he sponsorship form ?

2.All the It return papers that I am going to take is in his name, as I
dont have any income of mine (I am on an honrary post).

3. How much money in my account should suffice ?
