    To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to sponsor my Fiancé' s parents to come to the US. My fiancé
is in the US Army and currently Deployed. We are planning on getting
married when he comes home for R&R leave, but will not do so unless his
parents can be in attendance. I can, and have started to, fill out the
required I-134 but am unsure how to list the visitors relation to me.
Would "Mother/Father in law to be", be sufficient? Secondly, I am unsure about how to proceed filling out the income portion. Once we are married all income, investments and support measures will be combined and would be a larger sum, proving beyond a doubt, that we will be able to support both parents unquestioningly. Lastly, where do I mail this I-134. I am understanding that I mail it, with all supporting documents, to the visitors/my in-laws to be. Is this correct? I am also curious about how long this process will take. You can understand that planning a wedding with out a date is difficult. Is there any reason that they would not be granted a visa?

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from
    you soon.

    Sincerely,
