Query regarding my mother's visa

Hi,

I am glad to know about this site which helps people like us looking for
guidance regarding visa interview.

My mother who had applied for a tourist visa was rejected the same
twice.Her nephew was her sponsor . When the VO asked the purpose of visit she said would visit tourist places in US ,visit her nephew(in LA) who is her sponsor and also her dauhgter(my sister) who works in NJ.But, the VO rejected her visa saying she is going to visit her nephew inspite of her own daughter staying there.Hence, this time my sister is sponsoring my mother.What should her answer be if she is asked the reason for rejection and change of sponsor? Kindly help me in this regard. I am really eager to get your suggestion since this would be her third interview and would like to get the best result .
