First visit restriction for 10 years visa

Hello,

After getting Visiting Visa(10 Year Multiple entry visa), within howmany
days/months, the person has to enter into US from the day of visa issue
date. Is it required to enter within 6 months for the first time?

Any time within next 10 years. There is no 6 months rule.
