Visitor visa for the United States

Sir,

I am an Indian citizen. I have a 10 year multiple entry Visit Visa for the U.S. I know that I am permitted to stay in the U.S for six months only. I also have a one month Visit visa for Canada. UNDER THE SITUATION -: I stay in the U.S for five months , visit Canada for a week,QUESTION -: Can I stay in the U.S for another six months? Please advice. Regards
