Hello Sir/Madam

I am just 6 months old in this country and am sponsoring my parents to visit US. During the process, I came across a point on Tax Returns. We have asked to submit 3 yrs Income Tax returns. The question here is:

• Since I am in US only from 30th Oct 06, Is it okay me submitting only the last year W2 form and copies of the tax filed (Nov and Dec 06) OR Do I need to get separate letter from IRS OR
• Do I need to write a separate letter explaining my position along with W2 and copies of tax filed forms?

Kindly let me know the exact process / documents that needs to be submitted

Just submit whatever W2/tax returns you have.
