Is it ture that those whose petition has been filed under Family immigration catagory for USA are not eligible for granting visitor's visa ? if it is not ture , then does it delay processing time to get petition current, as my mother has filed my petition under F3 catagory in Nov 2004 and now i want to apply for visitor's visa of my and my family (wife and son ) , can i apply for USA visitor's visa? we have got UK visa for 6 months and me and my wife returned from UK before visa expired, please advice
