my cuz is going back to india after a 6 month stay as a visitor. Will he have any problems coming back after 4 months as he has a 10 yrs multiple entry visa.

he should spend at least 6 months back in his home country. He needs to spend more time in the home country than in the USA in any 12 month window.
If he returns in 4 months, it will be too soon and he could be flagged as a potential immigrant. may be denied entry or given a restricted i-94 (for 1 month or 2 only of stay).
