Multiple visit visa

Hi,

Hope everything is fine.Hi i have one dought.My parents got there multiple Visiting visa to USA for 10 years last year December- 2006.My question,is there anything like the first visit should happen to USA within 6 months of the day from they got visa.Pls clarify me soon.
