Affidavit for mother in list of Visitor documents

Dear Sir/Madam,

In the list of Visitor documents "Affidavit for the Mother" is it required to get this document Notarised. Also in the set of visitor documents which all documents should be notarised.

Affidavit is not really necc. and no need to get that ready.
and from your side, Affidavit of support shuould b Notarized, your bank statement should be Notarized.
from your parent's side nothig should be notarized. yes, but make sure CA's letter should be on Ca's letterhead.
