Form - I-94 feelin fee waiver

I am a studetnt from India, persuing my masters in US, I lost my I-94, now for reissuing and feeling I-102 form, I have to pay $160, its too much for me, please guide me that how can i apply for waiving this feeling fee of $16o?

I would really appreciate your prompt concern.

I Don't think there is any way to get waiver on that.
