I have filled out the Form I-134 Affidavit Of Support. This is for a
Chinese friend that I will sponsor for a tourist visit to the US. The form contains private and sensitive personal financial information about me that I would not want my friend to see. My question is where do
I submit the form? I have it notarized already.

If you are not comfortable showing everything to him, don't sponsor him.
