Hi,
I have query in regard to VISITOR VISA (B2) for my wife and son(10 Months Old).
I am currently on business VISA(B1) in USA from Satyam computer Services Ltd.
My wife also works for the same company. She have a flat(permanent property) and a car on her name in India. I want her and my son to join me in USA on tourist visa for 2 months. I have my company provided accomodation and car since I am on business visa so staying here and bearing their expenses is not a problem for me.
Please let me know, if she and my son can get B2 Visa or not under these circumstances. Also, please let me know, if I need to prepare and send them any documents. Also please suggest on any other documention if needed.
