Bank account on B2 visa

Dear Sir,

Please help and guide me I just need a bank account in USA and I am not resident and not a US citizen so bank required a SSN to open an account and I don't have SSN. So, please let me know what I need to do apply for 1. ITIN ? or 2. EIN ?
And let me tell also can non-US apply above these ITIN or EIN from out-side the USA and not living in USA? And let me provide another solution if you have any for opening a personal bank account in USA.

You can't open a US bank account if you are not living in US and don't have SSN.
