Good afternoon,
My concern is about my mother who has a Visa approved on 2003 but due to my father’s dead and all the documentations required from the judge in order to receive the will; she had to stay until receive the will and her visa expired. Now she has everything in order and wants to visit USA but is afraid to get denied.
