I wonder if you can help me i went to usa 3 years ago on a 90
day waver but sayed there for 3 years yes i know it was wrong but i came back to uk 4 weeks ago i couldnt take it meaning cheating the law so i came back to england but i want to go back to be with my girlfriend but dont know what to do because all the money i had as been spent in usa so now iam broke is there anyway to get me back over there so i can be with my girlfriend and get married please help

You will have very hard time coming back to US. As you stayed for more than 1 year while being out of status, you have 10 years reentry bar.
