Hello;
I am an American citizen born in Idaho in 1941. My wife is a Ukraine citizen. We have applied for I-130 visa for her, we are awaiting case number at this time. She was approved for I-129 visa, but we got married in Ukraine before it was issued. therefor since the January changes, Kiev embassy was not able to assist us and we had to reapply for relative I-130 visa.
If at all possible I would like to apply for a visitor visa for her to come to USA for visit during the time we have to await I-130 approval. I have spoken with others that have waited 17 months already for I-130 approval so far.
Please advise me if visitor visa for her is possible now.
