Hi,
I need some advice regarding b1,b2 visa i.e visitor,if a person who had applied for U.S.A visa n rejected on base of Low INCOME TAX RETURN,can in that case he can reapply for same n when can he apply n what are sucess ration for 2nd chance, can he again apply within 2 months of rejection or he should increase his I.T.RETURNS...
Please do advice n also advice procedure for H1 VISA.....
