passport tracking...pls help

hi

my mother had her visa interview today at 12.30 pm and when i tried to track passport it said this "Your passport has not been handed over to VFS. Kindly contact our regional call centres for further queries" is this fine or is something wrong?

would appreciate if i get a quick response for this....thanks in advance
