Need a list of Sponsor's documents for U.S. Tourist visa

Hi,

I am working in the U.S on H1 B visa for Infosys Technologies Ltd. I would
like to know what all documents are required from my side if I am planning
to sponsor my parent's tourist visa.

Please also mention what all documents are mandatory in terms of IRS tax returns, W2 forms etc. Please reply on an urgent basis as I have to apply for my parent's visa asap since they have already paid the visa application fees earlier in this year.
