To whom it may concern
I met someone online that I would like to meet in person. My friend went to the embassy in Egypt, and was told that they would not issue him a visa because we had met on the internet. Is there a visa that would allow him to travel to the US, and visit me. He would be traveling from Ghana. If you could direct me in the right direction as to what we should do, it would be helpful.
