Respected Sir,
I am an Indian citizen. I have been in United States of America since 05 august 2007on Business visit visa, I lost my passport and I have applied for duplicate one to India consulate Houston. I will be traveling back to India on 31 October 2007 (as per I-94 form)
I would really appreciate if u could tell me in case if my duplicate passport do not turn up before 31 of Oct then is there any other rule or regulation (like one way passport) by which I can travel back to India .
Sir, with passport, I also lost my I-94 form (it was attached with passport) I have filled police report for passport. To whom I need to inform about my lost I-94 form. I cleared immigration process at JFK airport, New York.
