Question regarding Visitor Visa.

Hi ,

I would be travelling to US on a project with L1A visa . I was planning to birng my mom along with me when i come to US so that she could help us settle initially probably a month or two because i have a year old kid . And i have slowly train her to get used to Day care's.

Can i apply the visitor visa with the proof that i have a valid L1 A stamped and my parents have all documents to support that they would be coming back to India ie own house,land , my brother working in India and my sister whom they need to take care ....And also my parents have come to Toronto last year when i gave birth to my baby and they returned within 3 months ...so even that could a good proof that they wouldnt stay long ...

Is it advisable to apply their Visitor Visa or its better i go first to US and then send the invitation letter and affidavit of support and bank statement etc...

Please advise.

Yes, she can apply for visitors visa.

She can either apply before or after you come to US.
