I want to apply for a visa for tourism, attend convention and visit brothers in law in the us my in laws are in california and the conference is to be held at hawaii.
Now i plead that you answer these for me
1) Can i present only the invitation to the conference alone to the VO
2) Is my place of stay at my uncles place in california better as the conference is at hawaii
3) Am self employed, what are the documents i need to present to show my employment ties
4) Am catering for my in laws and younger brother, is it good to state as ties to home country, am married with children as well
5) The conference will start on november, is it good to apply for the visa a month before the conference and my itinerary shows activities covering the 4 weeks visit period
Can i present to the VO my home ties and itinerary with my ds forms
