Help in filling I-134

Hi ,

I am applying for my mother and my mother-in-law's visa together and they are going to two diffrent consulates(viz. Delhi and Kolkata).There are two questions in filing up I-134 viz.

Question No 9 - That I previously submitted affadavit(s) of support for
the following persons

Question No 10- That I submitted visa petition to the Bureau of
Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons

My query is , at the time that I am filling up the form none of the visas
are yet applied for.Should I write my mother's name in my mothe-in-law's
I-134 and vice versa or should I write none.Also please help in filling up
both the above questions. Also does I-134 need to be printed both sides.

Your help would be highly appreciated.

9. Write 'No' for the person that is going first. Write 'Yes' for the
person that is going next.
10. No. That is referring to immigrant visa petition.

I-134: Both sides not necessary but better to do that way.
