Going to Texas for a 3 day meeting

Dear Madam, Sir,

I’m going to attend a 3 day meeting with my British company in Houston by mid-February. I’m wondering whether I need to contact the US embassy (I’m based in Malaysia but I’m a French citizen) to apply for a business visa or is there business visas on arrival?
