Regd: I-94 card

Hello Sir,

I got admission into New Mexico State University to pursue masters. I have adoubt regarding I-94 form. I was issued a visa for 5years. In the I-94 form, in the departure record section should I fill the visa expiry date of Visa or the course completion date?? If I fill the course completion date will I be able to extend my stay in the US if I shift my program of
study? Please clear my doubt. Waiting for u'r reply.

You don't have to write the date. Immigration officer writes the date.
