Visitor Visa - Both children in US

Hi,

My parents were rejected the visitor visa last year. Reasons - Both children are in US, my father was to retire in 3 months (my mother still works) and hence they didnt have strong reasons to come back (no grandparents).

We bought a new apartment in India since that time. This could be a good reason to come back. However, are there any other ways to convince the visa officer (my father is retired now)?

Also, I am sponsoring them, does my brother (who is also in US) have to send all his documents.

Only one person needs to send all the documents. Other brother can just send the proof of legal status.
